Being a part of a network of more than sixty stock exchanges of Subcontracting and Partnership, distributed in about forty countries in the world (in Africa, Europe, Asia and Latin America) the stock exchange of Subcontracting and western Partnership ( BSTPO) was the object of a creation on November 9th, 1997, in the term of an Essential General assembly, In which took part more than 200 SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED FIRMS / SMALL INDUSTRIAL FIRMS implanted in the various Algerian western wilayas (Department) and it in the presence of the Minister of the SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED FIRM / SMALL INDUSTRIAL FIRM and of his main co-workers, of the Representative Resident of the PNUD in Algeria (Program of United Nations for the Development) and of Mister the Wali of Oran, accompanied with the authorities of the wilaya of Oran.
